The BVCA International Series is devised to help limited partners and private equity and venture capital firms gain a better understanding of the industry and sector activity in fast-growing countries and regions worldwide.
Many of our members already have portfolio companies involved in these regions. Whether you are seeking to internationalise a portfolio company, acquire a company in a specific region, or simply improve cross-border efficiencies, these forums provide a valuable platform for you.
Each forum is a product of collaboration with private equity and venture capital associations and stakeholder groups from around the world. The BVCA's strategic partnership with UK Trade and Investment is central to this.
The series is also hosted in partnership with Citi, Debevoise & Plimpton and Kroll, and kindly supported by Guernsey Finance.
Forums focused on Latin America, Russia, MENA, Africa and Asia bring GPs and institutional investors from Western Europe together in London. Each forum normally involves 12-20 senior GPs from the dedicated region with an intimate audience the emphasis is on shared knowledge, data and dialogue.
The forums are free to attend for GPs, institutional investors, journalists, government and NGO officials but places are limited. Registration is usually open two months prior to the date of the forum and the majority of places are reserved for investment professionals.
