London
8am - 10am

Join over 60 senior women from Private Equity & Venture Capital this Autumn for breakfast and a morning of networking, inspiration and industry discussion at the BVCA Women's Forum.

Guest speaker at this exclusive event is Michelle Feeney, CEO of PZ Cussons Beauty, as she examines "The importance of brand in Private Equity".

Guest speaker

Michelle Feeney went straight into the beauty industry after taking a degree in consumer science at Northumbria University. She worked in beauty PR in the Eighties alongside Lynne Franks, and launched her own agency in New York in the early Nineties. While working with high profile clients such as Malcom McLaren, her reputation grew and she was headhunted by Estée Lauder.

While there, and working in international markets, Michelle helped drive the phenomenal growth of brands such as Prescriptives, Tommy Hilfiger and Crème de la Mer. She was subsequently promoted to VP of Global Communications at MAC Cosmetics, where she successfully led the extension of the MAC brand into 40 new countries, growing revenues from $65M to $1B.

Michelle then became Chief Executive of St Tropez when it was bought by LDC, the private-equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group for £70M. She has since become CEO of PZ Cussons Beauty Division, owners of Charles Worthington and Sanctuary Spa.

Join us on September 13th to hear about Michelle's exceptional experience of branding in global consumer markets and take away ideas and suggestions for your own businesses.
