Lucy P. Marcus is the founder and CEO of Marcus Venture Consulting, an NED of several organisations and a prolific writer on global economic trends and best practices for corporate boards. She is passionate about leadership and innovation and specialises in private equity and venture capital funding.
At the BVCA Women's Forum, Lucy will be sharing her thoughts on what boards, investors, and stakeholders need to be doing to help organisations ensure that they are future proofing themselves. This can include; developing dynamic boards; focusing on sustainability, people and markets; and ensuring continued emphasis on the fundamentals of the business.
