Membership Type Definitions
Full Members – private equity and venture capital firms that make direct investments into companies
Associate Professional – accounting firms, advisory firms, law firms or other firms that support the private equity industry
Associate Financial – firms that provide financial services within the private equity industry. This typically includes the use of debt and debt-like instruments
Associate Investor – firms that invest into the private equity funds
Associate Academic – academic institutions that produce research related to the private equity and venture capital industry
Honorary – government agencies and organisations, including other national associations related to private equity or venture capital
