This course helped me sharpen up my boardroom skills and alerted me to the potential pitfalls facing me as a newly appointed Director. There is a good balance between educating would-be NEDs about their duties and responsibilities, and learning from experienced practitioners and how they cope with typical Private Equity Director dilemmas. I'd recommend it to other PE professionals about to take their first Directorship
(Stephen Catling, Chamonix Private Equity)
The course provided me with a good focus/structure to consider issues surrounding the subject area
(Paul Gower, YFM Group)
The course gave me a new perspective
(Giles Derry, Dunedin Capital Partners Ltd)
Patrick Dunne (3i)
Simon Witney (SJ Berwin LLP)
Kevin Bridges (Pinsent Masons)
