This practical and interactive course dedicated to private equity transactions will examine how funds are structured and investments are valued using case studies and subject matter experts on the latest legislation, industry trends and models.

The course will be held over two days and has been structured into five key sessions.

Target Audience

Individuals within finance departments of private equity firms. A fairly high level of general accounting is assumed.
