FSA Consultation on the Remuneration Code

An update from Simon Walker and Margaret Chamberlain on the work that the Regulatory and Tax Committee's are doing in response to the FSA recent consultation paper on the Remuneration Code. Whilst at present this is likely to capture only around 20-30 BVCA member firms we are trying to ensure that the revised Code will be appropriate to the industry as a whole, with a view to the fact that more members will be subject to renumeration requirements on implementation of the AIFMD, which may well be very similar.
