
The report concludes that the majority of investors in private equity funds intend to keep their allocation to the asset class stable, with only a small number (5%) planning to decrease their allocation over two years and a significant number (15%) expecting to increase allocation levels over the next two years.
The survey also found that a significant proportion of North American investors not currently invested in UK private equity funds (LPs) consider themselves likely to start investing with UK firms in the future, with more than 20% likely to invest in UK venture capital.
