The BVCA’s Introduction to digital due diligence is an interactive digital workshop that introduces attendees to the practice of digital due diligence. The course provides insight into the tools and techniques used in the digital due diligence process and gives access to sample outcomes from digital due diligence work across the UK and Europe. The course also looks in depth at the digital technologies, services and business models disrupting today's markets. This course will help you to understand how to measure a business’s digital performance and identify digital opportunity within a current or prospective investment. It will provide you with the building blocks for the implementation of future digital business strategies
James Prebble is a highly experienced digital consultant with 15 years of extensive digital strategy and transformation experience across a wide range of industries and sectors. A digital expert, he works with businesses to facilitate business change and development through implementation of digital strategies and processes. James has significant experience supporting digital lead generation, customer strategy and digital service implementation programs for the Retail, FS, Life Science, Leisure and Transportation sectors.
Prior to establishing Palladium Group, James was a strategy director at a top 50 digital agency before a successful digital consultant career working with leading consultancy firms including ATOS, KPMG, Arthur D Little and Deloitte.
Palladium Digital Group are the 2018 winner of the Commercial Due Diligence provider of the year at the Unquote British Private Equity awards.
Meeli Arro leads the Digital Due Diligence practice at Palladium, where she’s led DDD engagements on various mid-market deals from e-commerce to business services across UK, Europe US and MENA
She draws from her experience in mostly start-up/scale-up businesses, which includes AI-powered businesses in FinTech, Team Analytics, Employee Engagement/Culture and AdTech. Having worked both in management and advisory roles, she has an international background in growth and digital Go-to-Market strategy.
