LP-GP Forum: Navigating the shifting sands of fundraising post-Brexit

This live webinar under the Chatham House rule will provide GPs and LPs with the opportunity to share insights on the practicalities of the new landscape of marketing to EU investors as GPs embark on fundraising. It will explore marketing under National Private Placement Regimes, establishing EU AIFs with EU AIFMs to obtain an AIFMD passport, reverse solicitation rules and distribution solutions to market to EEA investors including establishing an EU authorised firm or tied agent, secondment and chaperone arrangements and appointing a placement agent with an EEA firm.

Given the shifting sands of fundraising we expect a lively discussion and Q&A.

Please note this is a BVCA LP and GP member only event.
