Our upcoming LP GP Forum will take a closer look at the LPAC. The precise role of the LP advisory committee differs from fund to fund and there is a range of views among both the LP and GP communities on what precisely an LPAC should do. As the nature and remit of the LPAC has expanded, the investors’ role has evolved and increasingly requires greater oversight of fund operations.
This session will explore a broad range of best practice principles including general oversight, managing conflicts of interest and how to ensure the remit of the LPAC remains effective and of equal benefit to LPs and GPs alike. Please note this is a BVCA LP and GP member only.
