Founded in 2010, ENSEK has quickly established itself as a market leading software provider in the UK energy sector, helping suppliers, big and small, to improve their customer experience.
They do this through their own innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, a one-stop shop covering the entire customer lifecycle, from providing quotes through to sign-up and billing. Its solutions include CRM, payment management, industry data flows, revenue assurance and more.
LDC backed a management buyout led by ENSEK’s CEO, Jon Slade, in October 2017, providing the Nottingham-headquartered business with the capital and expertise it needs for the next stage of its growth journey. ENSEK’s revenues more than doubled in the financial year to March 2018 to £6.2million, up from £2.7million in 2017, which has included significant increases in contracted recurring software revenue. Headcount has also increased substantially from 65 people to more than 120.
