Exceptional enterprises across Wales are being celebrated tonight at the 10th annual BVCA Management Team Awards.
The outstanding companies will be picking up their prizes for their phenomenal performances over the past year. Taking place at our annual dinner in Bath, the BVCA Management Team Awards, produced in association with Grant Thornton UK LLP, recognise and showcase companies that are backed by private equity and venture capital funds and which have excelled in their field. Full details, including judging criteria and past champions, can be found here.
All of the winners will now go forward to the national final to compete against our other regions, before the national winners are announced at the BVCA Gala Dinner on 29 November in London.
Rhian Elston, Chair of the Wales judging panel and Investment Director at the Development Bank of Wales, said: “The vibrancy and entrepreneurial spirit of the Welsh business scene is well and truly reflected in this year’s BVCA Management Team Awards. We had a great shortlist with some excellent companies and I’m delighted we’ve got so many good stories to tell about how private equity and venture capital can work with businesses to produce some great results.
