The BVCA Policy & Technical Bulletin, is a collection of in-depth articles by members of three BVCA technical committees: Taxation, Legal & Accounting, and Regulatory. The goal is to keep BVCA members informed of the key topics on the committees’ agendas, how these impact the private equity and venture capital industry, and how the BVCA and committee members are engaging with policymakers.
This edition covers a range of key policy areas over the last six months including DAC6; the US withholding tax on transfers of partnership interests; corporate governance reforms; access to DC pensions; TCFD mandatory climate-related disclosures; the National Security & Investment Bill; and more.
