We are looking for an events professional with both event producer and senior event management experience to develop rich content for the extensive programme of digital and in person events as well as project manage their own dedicated events.
Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Director, Events and other senior members of the BVCA team to ensure the smooth delivery of the BVCA events programme.

The role is currently remote, but we are anticipating a hybrid return to an office based in London and it may include travel within the UK and abroad. This full-time role within the BVCA is great for anyone with an interest in private equity, venture capital, and policy. The BVCA has a number of committees and advisory groups that support the BVCA’s activities. You will be responsible for administering committee meetings which encompasses everything from scheduling meetings in diaries, managing committee listings, compiling paperwork and minute taking at these meetings. Alongside this responsibility, you will also be able to support the team on additional projects linked to the committees’ activities.
You will initially report into the Committees Senior Executive and then also to more senior members of the team depending on the projects concerned. You will provide administrative support to the Deputy Director General & Director of Policy, as well as the wider Policy team, and assist the events team and office management team when required.
