The BVCA is hosting its annual Emerging Managers Workshop digitally to discuss considerations for LPs and GPs in this area and to provide an opportunity for new connections.
The digital workshop will offer emerging managers the opportunity to learn best practices from successful vintage fund managers; understand what LPs are looking for in teams when deploying capital and discuss what it takes to be a great Emerging Manager from fund 1 to fund 3.
For guidance, GPs will be considered as emerging managers should they be investing fund 1, 2 or 3 and the first close of their first fund has occurred.
