An integral part of the BVCA's mission is to increase participation and representation within our industry. Our aim is to create an open and inclusive forum for the promotion of LGBTQ+ issues in the industry, sharing experiences, best practice and providing networking opportunities with peers.

The latest event in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) series will provide a unique opportunity to hear firsthand what firms are doing to make their working environments more inclusive, what they and the industry are doing well, and what areas can be improved.
