The BVCA North West Seminar 2017 is themed around Acquisition Integration. As bolt-on acquisitions become more frequent as a way of driving value growth in a market where value is otherwise fully-priced, what integration strategies help unlock that value and what challenges can see it slip through your fingers? Our two keynote speakers both have decades of experience and will reflect on what worked for them and the obstacles they faced.
