Since Hg’s investment in 2022, LucaNet has developed a comprehensive ESG strategy, which has already significantly improved performance, enhanced its corporate reputation and boosted investor and customer confidence. Hg assisted LucaNet in conducting an in-depth Materiality Assessment, which identified and prioritisied key focus areas for ESG. Working closely with LucaNet's management, Hg helped develop a tailored ESG strategy that included clear objectives, metrics, targets against clear timelines. To ensure successful execution, LucaNet established a governance structure that spans all levels of seniority, from the Board to all employees.
Following this, LucaNet published its first ESG report in line with the GRI, and has committed to set SBTi carbon reduction targets.
