Designed for experienced professionals with existing industry knowledge.

Our course director draws on his extensive experience to guide delegates through the more technical aspects of private equity than our first introductory course. Delegates will take away a thorough understanding of fund strategies, structural and tax issues for funds, structuring and pricing a buyout, fund administration and regulation.

Andre Lanser

Andre has delivered courses for banks around the world in the areas of Credit, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Valuation and Financial Modelling. Andre qualified as a Chartered Accountant, completing articles with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He started his career with a subsidiary of Commercial Union, involved in the steel manufacturing industry.
