Forum Members
The Limited Partner Forum identifies common interests between members of the wider investment community and finds effective methods by which to combine the interests of diverse parties within that community.
The Forum looks to establish an effective feedback loop between the LP and GP communities and advises the BVCA on its strategies and approaches to engage with institutional investors and other relevant parties of the private equity and venture capital industry.
The BVCA Governance Handbook provides directors, members and employees of the BVCA with a summary of our governance structure. This includes information on how our Council, Committees and Advisory Groups are constituted and is supplementary to the Articles of Association.
