The BVCA's LP-GP Breakfasts are topic-specific breakfast forums, taking place throughout the year in London. These forums are held under Chatham House rule to encourage as much interaction as possible for a productive discussion.
This forum will explore the topic of Continuation Funds, and will address the key principles, the evolution of continuation funds, and how transactions can be structured to support LP-GP aligned interests.
Please note this is a BVCA LP and GP member only event.
