Maximising the incentivising power of MIPs through valuation

Synopsis:

This roundtable will discuss the importance of UK and international tax valuation at MIP inception, mid-cycle events, and ahead of exit due diligence and the ability to add value to management and investors whilst minimising risk on disposal.
