Vision 2025: Leaders Driving Growth
The BVCA’s longstanding Vision Awards, in partnership with headline sponsor Grant Thornton and supporting sponsor Santander, continues to recognise and celebrate the best management teams backed by private capital, alongside the GPs who support them across the United Kingdom.
This year, we have expanded the number of awards and introduced new categories recognising outstanding portfolio companies across Early-Stage, Scale-Up, Medium, Large, Exit and International Expansion.
The Awards celebrate the top performing companies of 2024 for demonstrating innovation, growth, exemplary ESG commitments, ambition, creativity and competitiveness. The initiative highlights the incredible breadth of businesses our members support, spanning multiple sectors, sizes and nations and regions.
Despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, these companies have navigated challenges with resilience and agility, continuing to adapt and deliver strong performance. We are proud to recognise 25 exceptional businesses whose vision and achievements demonstrate the lasting value of private capital. Seven of these companies have been honoured as National Winners for each of the categories.
We remain committed to championing these businesses and their success stories. Strong case studies are central to the BVCA’s mission to represent the UK’s private capital industry and to showcase our members’ economic, social and public contributions nationwide. Thank you to our members, and to the portfolio companies, for providing the excellent and invaluable case studies that underpin this work.
Looking ahead, we will continue to build on Vision in 2026, recognising a new cohort of exemplary businesses and their backers across the UK. Portfolio companies and Vision Award winners will be celebrated at the BVCA Invest Forums and Receptions nationwide. Vision 2026 will launch early in the new year, so please stay tuned for details on how to get involved.
