This new course is designed for lawyers and will develop an understanding of a buyout from a legal and non-legal perspective. The non-legal aspects of a buyout – including finance, deal structuring and tax – will be covered in a way that is directly relevant to your legal practice. 

The masterclass sessions will consider key topics for investors and management teams in detail, including negotiating share purchase agreements and the essentials of negotiating equity documents on a buyout.
