Course Director
Claire is a senior executive, thought leader and board advisor with over 25 years' experience in organisational development and transformation. Claire has a passion and deep commitment to helping businesses be a force for good. Claire advises business and public sector leaders on their workforce and organisational challenges through the application of progressive, sustainable solutions that optimise performance and positive societal impact. Claire has considerable experience delivering change and development interventions at pace and scale across large, complex, global organisations working in consulting and senior HR roles.
After a number of years running her own successful consultancy and coaching business Claire joined Q5 where, as part of the leadership team, she helped establish and grow their global leadership & talent practice. Over this time Claire has advised global organisations on their people and talent strategy with a strong focus on EDI. More recently Claire has joined ReGenerate, a not-for-profit organisation that works with businesses and government on social and environmental issues. A particular focus of this work is the inclusive recruitment of marginalised groups in helping to tackle unemployment and economic inactivity across the UK. Claire is also on the board at Oxford University advising their Business Economics Programme and is a non-executive director at the Ahead Partnership.
